The website, www.nztreatsbox.com, is a copyrighted work belonging to ADR Limited (“Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). The following terms and conditions govern all use of the NZ Treats Box website and all contents, services and products available at or through the website is owned and operated by ADR Limited.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing any part of this website and subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions in this agreement and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published on this site. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to these terms as they may be amended from time to time without prior notice. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or under the supervision of an adult and you are able to enter into a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, we advise that you do not use our site.
You will be required to provide specific information to access certain services. All information about you must be truthful and accurate. By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. NZ Treats Box will systematically confirm the subscription of each customer by email. You may receive emails regarding your account or promotions for special offers, including third party offers. For your subscription, the first box will be shipped within the calendar month indicated during the order. The succeeding boxes will be shipped every 1st Tuesday of the month.
All subscriptions will automatically renew and be charged on the same day of the month, depending on your plan. For example, you subscribed on the 5th of January for a 3-month plan, your renewal will be on the 5th of March for the next subscription cycle. NZ Treats Box reserves the right to change the plan and price of the services with or without advanced notice to the subscribers. We also reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
If you have a subscription, your credit card will automatically be charged by a third party payment service each month for your ongoing subscription. For all other purchases, your credit card will be charged by a third party payment service that will transfer and deliver the funds to us at the time of purchase.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your membership, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your subscription. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you.
If your payment to us is returned for any reason, you authorize us to continue billing your credit card on file and seek payment by another method until payment is received. We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant NZ Treats Box the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that NZ Treats Box will not be responsible for any failures of the third party payment service to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider's terms of service.
As a member, you can cancel your renewal at anytime by logging into your account. Cancelling your renewal does not affect your existing orders or current subscription.
Please make sure to cancel your renewal before the day of your next subscription cycle to avoid being charged. Subscription cycles renew on the same day of your first sign-up.
For example, you signed up on the 5th of January for a 3-month subscription (January, February, and March). You need to cancel before the 5th of March for you not to get another 3-month subscription (April, May, and June); so your last day for cancelling, in this case, is on the 4th of March.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have already been paid. If you cancel your subscription after it renews, the boxes for that subscription cycle will be sent out. After that, your subscription will cease and no further charges will be processed moving forward.
REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to health reasons, we don’t offer exchanges. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of your box to qualify for a replacement or refund. A photo of the damaged item/s must be included in the report via your account login. This will be subject for review. Replacements and refunds are given at the sole discretion of the company.
